2face Rebooted

Ooh.. Don't ask me where I got my source, anyway, I still hear "news"…

And there got my fb's status update : "… entering the dark age… where 2face rules"…

Yes, the season's starting again, after nearly 1.5 years? Since Aug2008…

After she's 'spun' off from our previous team, she's parked under another manager who works closely with my ex-boss… (a.k.a. under the same big team too)

And that… she managed to survive… maybe due to that manager's male egoism… or some sort… suckup a bit, still survive, however, she couldn't move far, cos, there's somebody who's more capable, more experience, and much more senior than her… and that somebody was made the team leader eventually, which she's been eyeing on, so far…

And this year, ie. 2010, there's a re-org in the organization…

She's parked under another manager, which is totally, out of her radar, or, the new manager's radar does not include her??... ^_^

Ie. her suck-up skill cannot be performed, cos, this manager, since the day I joined, has already seen through her true colour, ie. INCOMPETENT!! Yep, that's the comment I heard…

And as expected, she managed to persuade my ex-boss, to "FIGHT FOR HER", from the new manager… to join back her team… and this time, even more interesting, no more so-called STRATEGIC PARTNER MANAGEMENT or some sort, but the bread & butter of my previous company, ie. software infrastructure…!!!! Cool!!!

And knowing how she'll suck-up even more this time, cos, it seems that, my ex-boss is her only trump card left… only by sucking-up to my ex-boss ass, and slowly performing her great manipulation skill, she'll eventually ruled over my ex-boss, and my ex-boss will then, be a?? PUPPET!!!

And there… the whole team will be entering the dark age… cos, the mastermind is in fact 2face…

Exciting huh??

Yep… I hope my colleagues who'll be then directly / indirectly suffered under her so-called "management" skill… will be able to survived…

I do hope, sincerely… and I do hope that, they'll be able to retaliate nicely, and give this 2face creature a bit slap on her fat face!!

Why??

Imagine, yep, she likes to suck-up to my ex-boss, by buying her little gifts, and praise her blindly… (not to say that my ex-boss is not praisable, but then, 2face creature can do it, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, better than the IBM Collaboration Application!!) and by doing her job for her, ie. creating slides, and so-on… or, even be her spoke person!! Without extra pay!! Isn't that good, as a staff?? Yep, that's why, my ex-boss adores her no matter how sucks her personality is, to other people, any other people!!

Of course, one hand can't clap… the problem is, my ex-boss adores people who suck-up to her… serious!!

That's her weakness, to pass as a good manager… my opinion!

And she puts 'personal interest', for eg. Personal relationship/friendship before work..

As for me, again my opinion, irregardless who you are today, be it a managerial role, or just a normal worker who's by yourself, always avoid working closely with friends/dear friends… to avoid conflict of interest!

For eg. While I was working, I had to entertain our vendors, but particularly, if possible, I'll avoid vendors who I've personal friendship… rather than just vendors who's just a business acquaintance… good or bad? Well, I guess it's subjective, but then… I felt it to be fairer in that sense, and also, there goes those who think can get business from me, by PRETENDING AS MY FRIEND, for eg. My favourite Miss Chai… who, particularly liked to keep telling me that she's my friend, and then, came to my workstation, poked and flipped through my documents, or trying to dig out gossips from me, or trying to tell me that, I should only think of her to contact, whenever I need to contact somebody from her company, then, if there's problem, and that when I contacted her, if it did not benefit her, she'll just sit on it.. Sit on it forever… once, twice, no more third time…

To a certain extent, I do miss this company that I've worked… as, it coincided with my toughest time in my life, and that, certain people there actually gave me enough moral support… including my ex-boss… and therefore, I do need to save some 'space' to not talk too much in detail of her 'weakness' over here… ^_^

But then, on the other hand, I'm pretty glad that, I'm out of it, and out of all these stupid whirlpool that's created by a fat ass creature like 2face!

Yak!! Though I've left the company for nearly a year… by hearing her names, I felt disgusted…
