My father's father passed away on Friday morning, ie. 2 days ago.
this is the first time I come the closest to death, death of our loved ones, our family.
My father's father left us in a very quiet but lonely way, I think.
He was admitted to the hospital but at the final moment, nobody was around. Nobody expected it to be at the moment when we're all not around.
Maybe he chose that moment, that's him, always. Took care of himself very well, and he would never want to add additional burden, be it emotional or otherwise.
However this is very lonely for him, my father's father.
Back in his bedroom, there are still 2 bottles of talcum that are not used yet, not opened yet. It seems like the talcs are still waiting for the owner to come appreciate them, but, my father's father, is gone.
When I was on the road, I wondered, where's my father's father now? Being a Catholic, I pray, we pray that he'll soon finished his journey to heaven, and be there, peacefully, merrily!!!
