Addicted to iPamper...

I was having a bit of stiff neck and shoulder lately…

My definition of stiff neck/shoulder can be different from his,

He does feel the pain there, but I don't,

What I gathered was, in fact, I couldn't feel anything, when I touched there,

I thought of going to sifu@bangsar for some massage, but then, it's a pricy solution, and I were to do it on regular basis…

Then, I suddenly remember, the ipamper from osim that we've bought since 2005,

We used it for quite a while, but while we're both busy working, and then, I started to get busy as a stay-at-home-mom, I didn't bother to even look at it, so, one fine day, I put it in the cold storage…

Then, I realised, maybe I can just take it out again…

And so I did…

Yesterday, after my shower, I started using it…

Kinda feel cool…

After that, I'm not sure if it's because of the massage, that'd loosen up my muscles on my neck and shoulder…

I'd such a deep sleep last night…

Well, not really deep sleep, but my body was sooooooooooo relaxed that, I couldn't pull myself up, to get online… as usual…

Considering last night, ie. Sunday night, we're all not too tired, Sunday's not a hectic day for us, but then, I really was sooooooooooo "tired" in a way, that, I couldn't get up… sleep through the whole night, till this morning, when baby got up around 10 something in the morning…

Phew!
