ah... I'm not trying to say the old saying "no pain no gain"... (even though I personally do agree with it, very much!!... just like "the law of conservation" in Fullmetal Alchemist, everything comes with a price)
however... I start to wonder... hm... how many people will remember the pain, or gain, aftermath??
I suppose, again, this come to a tie to being a optimist, or being a pessimist... again, I'm not going to repeat that..
and I suppose also, this is a chicken-and-egg story...
a painful experience makes a person more pessimistic, thus the person will remember more pain, than gain (or, there's no gain at all for this person?? well... I suppose this really depends on the individuals and it really will not be the same for each individual...)
or, rather, a pessimistic person will only remember more pain in the past experience???
hm... I'm interested to see...
However... I do like to think that, the majority people do remember the gain, while the pain slowly fade away... : )
due to the instinctive protective system in ourselves... don't we???
yet, lately, I also tend to doubt that, maybe there is a new generation of people who're more prone to be destructive in their own system/mind.. that makes them remember more pain than gain... @_@ and that slowly lead them to develope a destructive behaviour then a destructive ending...
mm... which one are you? which one are us??
