Because of baby…
Now I at least sleep from 2200-0100, (then get up and internet all the way, like nobody business… kekekeke!!!)
Now I eat more fruits,
Now I move more, (cos, I can't be sitting down there, in front of my PC ALL DAY, which I tell you, I'm capable of doing it!!)
Now I eat more fish, (cos, I'm breastfeeding, need DHA and whatever alphabets for her, and wa hahaha… he's been buying me my favourite good fish, NOT JUST ANY FISH, ie. cod fish… yummy!! Love it with miso paste, pan-fried, or simple steamed…)
Now I watch less TV, (well… not to say, my PC-time is always decreased, but at least, 1 of them is "taken out")
Now I drink more water, (cos, again, I'm breastfeeding, this activity, does dry me up quite a lot…)
These are the things, which I actually regard as "improvement" for my own lifestyle…
All… thanks to baby…
