I've watched The Shining twice, (clearly, 2x only!) and I think it's a pretty interesting show…
The thing with Stephen King is, his story maybe, is not ghostly… the mat salleh version, means, it's only evil, but no ghost, The Shining does appear to have some ghostly image, just like Shutter Island (yet to be watched) but in the end, it's not about ghost, it's about the inner fear, inner horror, or some sort, well, I don't know…
Since I've found these 2 links, maybe you can just watch online… (don't you like my multiply site??) and compare…
