BOSS vs. MR. BRAIN vs. Galileo

lately I’ve just finished Galileo (ガリレオ) after BOSS, after Mr. Brain… ^_^
when I was watching Galileo, I was thinking, hm… what if I put Galileo (Yugawa) together with Mr. Brain (Tsukumo)?
then, BOSS – Osawa Eriko came into my mind…

ya, I don’t just like to watch Criminal Minds, CSI series, but even the Japanese, I won’t let go… kekekekekeke!!
all three are equally cool and stylish…
but since you’ve seen my earlier post (in Chinese, about Galileo – Yogisha X no Kenshin)..
I guess, you know my verdict…

I’ll vote for Galileo – Yugawa…
not just because Fukuyama Masaharu is cute, and cool… but also, I like the way he does the scientific reasoning behind every cases…
except the “Yogisha X no Kenshin)
in addition to that,
Kou Shibasaki is cute ^_^ I like her…
the chemistry between her and fukuyama, definitely exist… especially I like the episode 08 – SEES, where, at the end of the case, she, without notification brought food to Yugawa’s lab and start cooking like nobody business.. and Yugawa stared at her, like wanted to say something, but didn’t say… then finally he asked, “by the way, why are you cooking in my lab”… and as if she actually minds what he’s saying… cute!
however, it’s too bad that, in this movie version, “Yogishi X no Kenshin”, her screen time was quite little, due to the fact that, it’s to be given to Shinichi Tsutsumi and Matsuyuki Yasuko

so, back to the comparison…
BOSS, Eriko – sassy, smart, and I like the way she could really pretend and act to lure the criminal to confess… the way she investigate, is more on the interrogation part… (of course, the bonus of this series is, Takenouchi Yutaka, after watching, I told him, ooh, he’s the Japanese version of tony leung, he did impressed me, for the n-th time, in this new series… well.. I’ve not watched his “TOMORRROW” yet, though, hopefully it’ll be another impressive work from him)

Mr. Brain – Tsukumo, cute, flirty, busybody, and observant… I enjoyed this show, as he’s the specialist in human brain… thus, he did do some simple explanation about how our brain functions, and how that’ll be reflected in our action…
also, for eg. he explained that, playing the fishing game (card game, where all the cards are placed face down and you’ve to fish the same pair) does simulate your brain… and also, how you can learn to observe your opponents (if you’re good at it) and pick the right card…
another eg. where he said, playing the word-domino (don’t know if it’s how the game is named) simulate your tiring brain – but it’s only applicable to kanji, or Chinese society I supposed… English… err… I don’t know how to play…
or, another eg. just name a category, and your opponent have to name the items in the category..

sometimes, I thought these games are pretty boring and pointless..
but now, I see the point, not because of kimura takuya as Tsukumo, but I guess, there’s a reason, why these games are created and especially introduced to children to play…

lastly,
Galileo – Yugawa... oh!! don’t know what to say…
besides that fact that, I still think my youngest brother has similar expression as fukuyama masaharu (like how he raise his eye brows, or how he turns his head away), I do think fukuyama masaharu is attractive, at this age…
as compared to kimura takuya, who really knows how to flirt, and attract attention, in general…
fukuyama is more subtle.. and sometimes, reserved, in a way… in Chinese, it’s called “悶騷”… in English… I’m not sure if there’s such word, but basically, it’s meant to describe those people who look plain, cold or even dull outside, but inside they are volatile, charismatic, hot and sexy…
ya, that’s pretty much Yugawa…

and I like the way Yugawa argued with Kaoru (kou shibasaki’s role) regarding science…
for eg. Kaoru like to use instinct (she’s a cop, he’s a physicist/scientist) in her investigation, and he always regard it as something ridiculous,
he likes to tell Kaoru to stop talking to him anything outside the ‘science’ subject, for eg. love, characters, etc.

therefore, my verdict..??
Galileo!! must watch yo!!
